In Mathematics and Engineering, there are presently prominent research groups in Geometric Mechanics, Control Theory, and Information and Communication Theory. The Mathematics and Engineering Program, and the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at large, offer an excellent environment for research and teaching with very high standards and a collaborative environment.
