Major Responsibilities
-ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Lead research and innovation in the area of intelligent networks.
-ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Responsible for theory exploration, advanced algorithm design, analysis, and performance evaluation to meet challenging business requirements.

Specific Requirements:
Candidates must have a strong background in Statistical Learning in the context of Machine Learning and experience in system design, algorithm development, and simulation of networked systems. In addition, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:
-ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý PhD Degree in Applied Mathematics or Computer Science
-ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Solid background of statistical learning theory and computational statistics
-ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Good knowledge of standard statistical learning tools (e.g., regression methods, kernel methods, artificial neural networks, reinforcement learning).
-ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Experience on classification, regression, clustering, feature extraction problems
-ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Experience with machine learning software tools (R, Sage, SciPy, Matlab)
-ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Practical experience with big analytics software tools (Hadoop, Spark, Storm, Flink) will be a plus
-ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Proficiency with low-level development languages (C/C++) will be a plus
-ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Familiarity with network architectures, data center architectures and protocols will be a plus
-ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Solid theoretical experience and a good publication record in machine learning
